well a few things
1. the high is not an inward scream.
2. if you can do the low bits, and it isnt hurting, it doesnt matter where you do it.
if it is hurting, then your doing something completely wrong with the scream. no matter how you do it (unless like you like kill yourself doing it) it shouldnt hurt at all.
if you want to do the highs you can try the fry scream or also the higher outward screams videos.

nothing. screaming isnt as loud and violent as it sounds. i know of course there are some people who yell like all get out (phil from atr and matt from a7x) but most people are actually very quiet and let the microphone and amp do the work.
